Michael Minosora
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Minosora has extensive experience in both the professional services sector (as a senior partner in EY) and the resources sector including as CFO of Woodside Petroleum Limited and Fortescue Metals Group Limited.
He has also been Chairman of ASX listed company Atlantic Limited and a founder of Bauxite De Kimbo Limited which developed the 10Mtpa Kimbo bauxite project in Guinea.
Mr Minosora is currently Chairman of Siguiri Gold Limited, Seabourn Capital Pty Ltd and TerraWise Pty Ltd.
David Sumich
Managing Director
Mr Sumich is an experienced Mining Executive with over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry.
He has operated mining and/or exploration projects in Gabon, Mali, Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Tanzania, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Argentina and Australia.
Mr Sumich has a Bachelor of Business degree and has been a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors for 15 years. He is currently Co-Chair of Chamber of Australia Africa Mining & Investment.
Sam Randazzo
Non-Executive Director
Mr Randazzo is a mineral resources industry professional with over 35 years’ experience.
He has extensive operational experience in project identification, merger and acquisitions, initial and secondary public offerings, capital raisings in international markets, corporate finance, feasibility studies and project development.
His mineral industry exposure spans companies involved in mining, exploration, engineering and construction of gold, diamonds, base metals, mineral sands, coal and uranium projects.
Mr Randazzo is currently Non-Executive Chairman of ASX and JSE listed DRA Global Limited.
