Ms Taylor is a chartered accountant with over 12 years of experience, both in the accounting and auditing profession, and in commerce. She has worked extensively in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia and has been involved in a number of large transactions including a variety of IPOs, back door listings and capital raisings. Ms Taylor has a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honours Degree from the University of South Africa and has been a Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 9 years

Mohammed Munkailah: B.Sc (Hons)
Mr. Munkailah is a Geologist with over 15 years experience in the exploration and development of mineral deposits, exclusively within West Africa. Munkailah was Chief Geologist – West Africa for RSG Global and was responsible for managing numerous exploration and development projects throughout the region for over seven years. He is fluent in nine languages including French and most West African dialects.
