David Sumich: B.Bus (Hons) MAICD
David brings to DMC over 12 years of experience in the investment banking and corporate finance fields. He worked for Merrill Lynch during the early 90’s where he worked in the International Private Banking division and assisted many small companies through to ASX listing. David has worked in the Middle East including HSBC, advising many resource and energy corporations throughout the Middle East and Africa on project finance, mergers & acquisitions and financing solutions. David has also worked in Hong Kong for a venture capitalist and asset management firm and became a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. David is also the Chairman of ASX listed company, Globe Metals & Mining Limited.

Joe Ariti: B.Sc, Dip Min. Sci. (Murdoch), MBA (Edinburgh), MAusIMM, MAICD
Mr Ariti is a mining industry executive with over 25 years resource industry experience in management, general management and executive roles in assessing, developing and managing mining projects and companies in Australia, Africa, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Mr Ariti holds tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Edinburgh Business School and is a member of both the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He is also a non-executive director of the following ASX listed companies; West African gold explorer Azumah Resources Limited, Northern Territory iron ore producer Territory Resources Limited and mineral drilling services provider, Swick Mining Services Limited.

Kim Bischoff: B.Sc (Hons) MAusIMM
Kim is an experienced Australian geologist with over 24 years experience in mineral exploration, project development and production. He has held a variety of positions including Exploration Manager, Project Manager, Chief Mine Geologist and other senior roles for companies in south east Asia, Africa, and Australia. He has managed exploration and development of gold, copper and iron deposits and has significant experience in underground and open pit mining. His expertise lies in the technical and commercial assessment and progression of metalliferous exploration and mining projects. Kim is currently employed as General Manager - Exploration for Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited.

Henri Okemba
Mr. Okemba, is a Congolese National who has over 25 years of government service including;
- Special Adviser to the President of the Republic,
- Minister of Youth and Sports
- Minister of Agriculture
- General Director of Planning – Ministry of Planning
Mr. Okemba joins the Company as a Director for the Company’s local subsidiary and will be responsible for in-country external and regulatory affairs including, but not limited to, DMC’s government liaison, public relations and the implementation of the Company’s Social and Community programmes.
